I go into hospital for my ‘spinal decompression’ surgery tomorrow. Operated though a keyhole. I hope to be operational again in reasonably short order. We will see… More afterwards.

Being operated on through a keyhole, sounds like the surgeon is using the operating theatre door as a form of PPE!!!

As I said in a previous note, I hope the operation has gone well.
I quite understand that the correspondence can be overwhelming but would love, when you are able to correspond, to discuss a couple of ideas about the possible influence of Leonardo on Velasquez.

I’ve changed the host for my blog and only now are catching up. The question re. L and V is a real one, not least in relation to L’s “Trattato”.
